About the Company

Bill Risinger Construction Inc. (BRC) is seeking a Full-Time Office Manager with a bookkeeping background. This is a permanent hire position with somewhat flexible hours.

About the Role

Serves as the central point of contact for the owner, handling invoices, client billing, and purchase orders, managing payroll and certified payroll, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintains well-organized filing systems for both customers and vendors.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

Proficiency in Office Management, Microsoft Word, Excel, construction accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, job cost, job bids, and some payroll.

Ability to multi-task, detail oriented and organized.


Job Duties:

• Accounts Receivable

• Accounts Payable

• Job Cost and Bids

• Some Payroll

• Construction Lien related processes

• Familiar with Determent of Transportation Guidelines

• Discretion

• Vehicle registrations

• Expense processing

• Supporting employees as needed including owner operator and project manager.


Will to train the right candidate.


Hourly

M-F 7:30AM - 4:00PM with 30 minutes for lunch


Preferred but not required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or equivalent.

  • Familiar with Quick Books or Similar Software

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction office

  • Driver’s License
